Therefore, in 2008, I established for the
public what my policies and terms were
for specific situations. I have the same
policy statement for any and all of my
websites.
While researching this
concept I came across some lengthy web
pages of such small print I felt I needed
to get my magnifying glass out. There
was so much mumble jumble and legalism
that I didn’t understand what the
website was proclaiming.
I
made the decision that I did not want
that for myself. I needed to be able to
understand my own policies and procedures…
hence you will find this page is written
in plain English. I just want you to understand
what I’m about.

hosted and maintained by reputable
hosting company that offer
me a secure server for my
site, electronic communications
and databases are subject
to errors, tampering and break-ins,
and I cannot guarantee or
warrant that such events will
not take place and we will
not be liable to Visitors
or Customers for any such

web sites. Please note that
when you click on one of these
